Last week I was flew home to visit my family and took some time to drive around to see the area. Carroll County is such a beautiful place and one thing you can count on seeing is old barns......so I decided to get some photos.
We will start off with the family barn
There are barns in various shades of red
Barns that are white.....or were white when freshly painted
Plenty of yellow barns also
Some of them are definitely in need of some repair
And some that look like they were just built
There are barns of all sizes, shapes, and colors all over Carroll County. While this may not a true barn but this is the old smokehouse that my Grandmother used to smoke and hang meat.
